The scholarship is available for students who are enrolled in a postgraduate program in public affairs/management (with a concentration in finance) at an accredited college or university in New York State. Full and Part Time Students Are Eligible.

Any NYS GFOA Member pursuing an advanced degree is encouraged to apply!
